Hoplet — System Runner for Mac
Hoplet measures system activity locally on your Mac. It has no Medusia account, advertising, analytics or tracking SDK. When history is enabled, limited CPU, memory, disk, network-rate, battery and interface-name samples are stored locally for up to 24 hours. You can stop or clear history. This history excludes per-app activity, file contents, IP addresses and custom JSON contents.
Folder inspection reads metadata only within a folder you select. Names and paths are displayed locally; inspection results remain in memory and can be cleared or discarded by closing the app. Hoplet never automatically deletes files or optimizes your system. Selected JSON files and imported PNG runners remain under your control. Permission bookmarks are stored locally so selected resources can be reopened; disconnecting removes the app's connection. Exported reports and files in folders you choose can remain after app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled, and follow your backup or synchronization settings.
AI features are optional. Copying a report writes a reviewed numeric summary to the system clipboard. Opening an AI website opens its ordinary URL without attaching the report; you decide whether to paste or send it. Clipboard access or synchronization by other apps follows your system settings.
An optional compatible API or local-model connection sends data only after you approve each request's destination, model and numeric summary. It can include observation durations, sustained-load counts and durations, memory-pressure sample counts, folder-inspection candidate counts and thresholds, and coverage, limit or error indicators. The generated summary excludes file names, paths, contents, IP addresses, actual disk capacity and free space. API credentials are stored in macOS Keychain for the selected endpoint and can be deleted in the app. They are used to authenticate requests, not included in reports or app logs.
The service you choose receives the approved summary and authentication, and may see connection metadata such as your IP address and link the request to your API account. Its own retention, processing, privacy terms and fees apply; using a local server follows that server's configuration. Hoplet cannot guarantee anonymous processing, no provider logs, no training or no charges. Cancelling a request does not guarantee that processing or fees already incurred are reversed. AI responses are displayed in memory and can be cleared; they cannot execute commands or delete files. Medusia does not operate an AI-processing server for Hoplet or receive these API requests.

Serotiny — Local Prompt Library
Serotiny stores prompts, categories, tags, revisions, settings and imported document copies on your Mac. The app does not require an account and does not upload your library to Medusia, AI providers or analytics services. It contains no advertising, tracking SDK or in-app purchase system.
Clipboard contents are read only when you request Save from Clipboard, and written when you request Copy. During Finder file dragging, the app checks drag events and file URLs; it reads document contents only after you drop files or select them in the import dialog. This Privacy Policy explains how Medusia ("we," "our," or "us"), based in Seoul, Republic of Korea, handles information through our website, games (including Sea Busters and ColorMong), and the Serotiny Mac app.

Where applicable, processing is based on performance of our agreement, consent, compliance with law, and our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Services.

We keep information only as long as needed. Account and gameplay records are retained while the account is active and for the period needed for deletion, security, recovery, and disputes. Purchase, refund, fraud-prevention, tax, and audit records are retained as required by law and platform obligations. Crash and operational diagnostics are normally retained for up to 90 days, support messages for up to one year after resolution, and consent records for as long as needed to honor and demonstrate your choices.

Sea Busters users can request deletion in the game through Settings → Account & Privacy → Delete Account. If you cannot access the game, use:

ColorMong is designed for children and families and does not require an account or use third-party behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through ColorMong without any consent required by applicable law.
Sea Busters is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum digital-consent age in their country. A child should not link an account, make a purchase, or send personal information without a parent or guardian. Contact us if you believe a child provided information without the required consent.

9. Security and International Processing
We use access controls, encrypted transport, credential isolation, and other reasonable safeguards, although no system can guarantee absolute security.
Medusia is based in the Republic of Korea. Our providers may process information in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for international transfers.
